www.vienna-airport-taxi.com provides services based on the following general terms and conditions, the service descriptions and the price lists. Differing terms and conditions do not apply, even if www.vienna-airport-taxi.com does not expressly contradict them. Deviations from these conditions require the express written acceptance of www.vienna-airport-taxi.com. A contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by www.vienna-airport-taxi.com.

Scope of services

The scope of services is determined exclusively by the written order confirmation from www.vienna-airport-taxi.com or, subsidiary, by the written offer www.vienna-airport-taxi.com Information contained in brochures, service catalogs, price lists and similar information is only binding to the extent that it is express from which this reference is made. Transport takes place in accordance with the regulations of the StVO and the PbefG. Passengers must adhere to instructions from www.vienna-airport-taxi.com or the chauffeur. If guests act contrary to the instructions, or if they pose a threat according to the StVO or the safety of road traffic by interfering with the chauffeur, www.vienna-airport-taxi.com is entitled to exclude them from transport. In this case, www.vienna-airport-taxi.com charges the full fare including the fixed price or kilometer price and all ancillary and special services.

Airport pickup (airport transfer)

Any change to the agreed pick-up time, regardless of the reason, must be reported to www.vienna-airport-taxi.com immediately. Damage caused by failure to notify us immediately will be borne by the customer. The waiting time for trips from the airport is a maximum of 30 minutes. It is calculated from the moment the plane landed. If you need more than 30 minutes from landing to the meeting point, you must let us know in good time. wien-flughafentaxi.com reserves the right to collect the waiting time from that point onwards. If the customer does not agree, wien-flughafentaxi.com reserves the right to cancel the trip and charge the full amount of the agreed price.

Prices

The prices include the statutory sales tax at the respective statutory rate. The prices valid on the day of the booking confirmation apply. Flat rate prices not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and only apply to the agreed travel date and rental period. Times and distances beyond this will be calculated according to the valid price list. Additional costs due to delays are borne by the customer, unless the delays are due to the fault of www.vienna-airport-taxi.com or the chauffeur. The fare includes passenger transport with normal luggage; Taking along bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

Payment Terms

www.vienna-airport-taxi.com reserves the right to charge a deposit of up to 50% of the total price before the start of the journey or to submit a blank debit receipt issued on www.vienna-airport-taxi.com before accepting an order to request a valid credit card. Remaining payments are due for payment within the deadlines stated on the invoice. The timeliness of payment depends on the receipt of the amount for unconditional disposal by www.vienna-airport-taxi.coman. When paying by check, the claim is only considered paid once it has been fully credited. Payments are always used to settle the oldest debt. If the customer is in default of payment, www.vienna-airport-taxi.com will charge interest of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate, subject to the assertion of further damages due to default. A reminder fee of €10 will be charged for the second and each subsequent reminder. The customer reserves the right to prove lesser damage.

Cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellations will only be effective if they are made in writing or confirmed in writing by www.vienna-airport-taxi.com in the case of an oral declaration. The timeliness of written cancellations depends on access to www.vienna-airport-taxi.coman. Cancellations up to and including 1 hour before the contractually agreed start of the trip are free of charge. In the event of cancellations, www.vienna-airport-taxi.com charges a portion of the basic trip price as compensation. This proportion is:

* Free for cancellations up to 1 hour before the start of the service

* 50% for short-term cancellations

* 100% for later cancellations and if the trip does not start.

www.vienna-airport-taxi.com charges expenses regardless of the timeliness of the cancellations if they have already been incurred. The customer is expressly permitted to provide evidence that no damage or less damage was incurred. www.vienna-airport-taxi.com reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part if the customer stops paying, becomes insolvent or, due to external circumstances, it can be assumed that the services are being used improperly breaches his duty under these contractual provisions.

Obligations and liability of the customer

The customer immediately informs www.vienna-airport-taxi.com of any change to his name, his (billing) address, his legal form and his bank details. The customer is also obliged to provide the necessary information about passengers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to provide immediate notification, he will be liable for damages that would have been avoided if notification had been made in a timely manner. The customer undertakes, also on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the service of www.vienna-airport-taxi.com, in particular

* not to disrupt or hinder the performance of the service

* not cause any damage

* not to violate criminal law regulations

* strictly adhere to the ban on smoking in the vehicle

* not to refuse to pay the fare.

If a customer violates the aforementioned obligations, www.vienna-airport-taxi.com is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the abuse. In the event of a culpable violation, the customer is liable to www.vienna-airport-taxi.com for damages.

Liability of VIENNA AIRPORT TAXI

www.vienna-airport-taxi.com is liable to the customer for damages – regardless of the legal basis – only in the event of intent or gross negligence or culpable violation of essential contractual obligations by www.vienna-airport-taxi.com, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Liability for injury to life, body or health is governed by statutory regulations. In the event of material damage, the liability of www.vienna-airport-taxi.com is limited to € 1,000.00 per passenger. There is a liability violation for the vehicles in accordance with the applicable general insurance conditions. The customer must take care of any additional insurance themselves. www. vienna-airport-taxi.com is not liable for non-collections, missed appointments and their economic consequences.

www.vienna-airport-taxi.com assumes no liability to the customer or passenger for damage resulting from incorrect transmission of data by the customer.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies exclusively to all legal relationships between www.vienna-airport-taxi.com and its customer. Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Vienna.

Partial ineffectiveness

Should one or more of the above conditions be ineffective, the remaining conditions remain unaffected by the ineffectiveness. The statutory provisions take the place of ineffective clauses.
